Dennis Paquette is the President and Chief Financial Officer of Diversified Association Management, Inc. Dennis earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance and Real Estate in 1975. He has been managing income property and common interest developments since 1980 and holds an active, unrestricted Real Estate Brokers license issued through the California State Department of Real Estate, License #00528201. Mr. Paquette is also licensed as a General Contractor - License #704615.
Dennis Paquette holds a Certified Community Association Manager designation issued by the California Association of Community Managers. He is also a candidate for the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation through the National Association of Realtors.
Mr. Paquette has been married for 20 years and has one son. He enjoys traveling with his family and hunting with his Llewellin Setter, Chip.
Orange County Robert Marshall

Bob Marshall is the Vice-President and Chief Executive Officer of Diversified Association Management, Inc. Originally from the San Francisco area, he and his wife relocated to Southern California in 1974. Bob retired from North American Philips in 1994 after 28 years of service in Customer Relations, Service/Parts and finally as the Western Area Distribution and Facilities Manager.
In 1994 Bob joined Diversified, bringing to the firm his years of experience in customer service, building construction and maintenance, logistics and personnel. He has an unrestricted Real Estate Brokers License #01168825 issued by the California Department of Real Estate.
Bob has been married for 39 years and has two children and one granddaughter. Bob enjoys playing and composing music in his spare time.
Orange County Rogie Arellano

Rogie Arellano brings 23 years of experience in Property Management and Real Estate Sales to Diversified Association Management, Inc. He is a portfolio manager responsible for all aspects of Association management for the accounts assigned to him. Mr. Arellano holds an unrestricted Real Estate Salesman’s license issued through the California Department of Real Estate, License #01139566.
Rogie has been happily married for 22 years and has four children. He is the proud father of one son serving in the US Army National Guard. His children are very active in sports including baseball, soccer, basketball and softball.
Orange County Don Goguen

Don Goguen has been involved in Association management for 6 years. He became a portfolio manager in 2005 after serving as President and prior, as a member of the Board of Directors for his own association. Mr. Goguen’s background is in aerospace, manufacturing and residential construction. When asked why he enjoys managing he states “ I found a discipline where I could utilize the logic and organization of engineering, my experience in the building trades and the opportunity of creating meaningful documentation.”
Don is married and has 4 children.

Mourlyn Hendrix has been managing Common Interest Developments since 1995. She has had experience with Eminent Domain as well as Construction Defect Litigation. Mourlyn enjoys working with homeowners and board members and strives to give her all to each association assigned to her.
Mrs. Hendrix enjoys being involved as a Mentor in the Real Estate/Property Management division at Newport Harbor High where she teaches high school students on the subject.
Mourlyn has been married for 20 years and has two children.
Orange County - Alec Robbie

Alec Robbie has a background clinical psychology, having earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology in 1979 and a Masters of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology in 1982. He was in private practice from 1985 to 1999.
Mr. Robbie holds an unrestricted Real Estate Salesman’s license issued through the California Department of Real Estate, License #01256476. He enjoys managing common interest developments, especially working with homeowners and Boards of Directors on the myriad of issues facing associations.
Alec has been married for 22 years and has two children.
Orange County - Roger Hatlen

I February 1984, Roger managed his first Homeowner Association. Since then he has worked with Small and large Homeowner Associations both Single story and High-Rise, with Boat Docks, with Full recreational Centers, and with combined Business & Residential Association Facilities.
Roger has a Real Estate License and is a member of IREM ( Institute of Real Estate Management). Roger holds a CMCA designation through the Community Associations Institute.
Roger has experience in Personnel Management, Marketing, Re-construction & Renovation as well as Mediation & Arbitration and that has served him well in successfully helping many Associations get thru the difficulties they face each year.

Emma Lopez manages the Inland Empire Office as well as a portfolio of Associations in the Norco/Corona area. She has been managing common interest developments since 2006 and holds a Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM) from the California Association of Community Managers.
Inland Empire Karen Hundley

Karen Hundley has worked in the Common Interest Development management field since the early 1990’s. Prior to that, she worked as a cost accountant for a large corporation in the Riverside area. Karen also has experience running a business with her husband, handling all of the bookkeeping for the business. She considers her job to be fun and exciting with never a dull moment.
Mrs. Hundley has been married for 37 years and enjoys bowling in her spare time.
Newport Beach Paul Kotas

Paul Kotas has over 20 years of experience in association and property management and seven years of accounting experience. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from CSUN and attended grad school at USC toward an MBA. Paul is the on-site manager for the Newport Beach office and oversees three full time employees and a budget in excess of $1,000,000.
Paul holds an unrestricted Real Estate Broker’s license issued by the California Department of Real Estate (license #00460262 ) and is licensed in Arizona as well.
Mr. Kotas is married and has two grown children. Paul and his wife, Laurie, started Kristie’s Foundation, Inc. in 2003 to help terminally ill children and their families and spends much of his spare time working on this program.
Assistant Manager - Lindsey Vaughan

Lindsey Vaughan is the Assistant Manager at LICA. She has had prior property management experience with the Asset Management department at Simpson Housing Solutions, formerly Kaufman and Broad.
At Simpson, she reported directly to the Director of Asset Management and assisted three Asset Managers. Although Lindsey worked in the corporate office, she drew her customer service skills into play by communication with the Property Managers and residents of assets across the nation.
Accounting Wendy Hickson

Wendy Hickson has been working in the field of Association accounting for over 28 years. Her duties include reconciling all bank accounts, setting up and processing all monthly financial statements, making all journal entries and managing all payables, receivables and monthly statement distribution. Wendy has been in charge of all financial accounting for the entire company since it inception in 1984.
Wendy has been married for 30 years and has two daughters.
Accounting Albert Navallo

Albert Navallo graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a major in accounting in 1969 from Ateneo De Davao University in the Philippines. Until 1998, Mr. Navallo worked for the Bank of the Philippine Islands Tagum in all areas of accounting and eventually became the assistant manager. Mr. Navallo also owned and operated his own accounting/auditing office and taught accounting at a local college.
In 1998, Mr. Navallo immigrated to America and also worked in accounting and auditing for several companies including PJ Property Management. He has been with Diversified since 2005 and works with payables, financial statements and journal entries with selected Associations.
Albert has been married for 44 years and has four children.
Accounting Diane Jameson

Diane Jameson has been involved in Association accounting since 1993. She has experience with accounts receivables and payables, lien preparation and releases and notary services.
Diane is the proud mother of two wonderful and caring sons.
